Sorry guys! It's been a while since I have been able to update my blog! I apologize and hope to be able to update it with more frequency in 2012! Craftiness kind of took a back burner to other things in life but I am happy to report that craftiness is now in the driver's seat and full steam ahead!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and was able to spend time with friends and family during the holiday season! I received several crafty gifts for Christmas and am very excited to put these items to use in the next few days before heading back to school next week!
I received a new Imagine cartridge and absolutely love it! Don't be surprised to see Christmas cards in future blog posts as I can envision so many cute Christmas cards with the Santa's Village cartridge! This first little creation came from this cartridge! Just a simple Wintry Hello card

Now these next two projects I completed using my DH's Christmas present. My hubby is an avid DnD gamer and he got a Silhouette SD for Christmas to cut out pieces for his games. Since he has had to work this week, I have had time to play around with his new toy and found that while I enjoy my Cricut more I really don't mind playing with the Silhouette either!
first project is a sweet flower with a cute sun and butterfly. All the pieces were found in the Silhouette store

Last but not least is a cute little charger plate I made for my sister. (Sorry, the picture is a little blurry)
